Barre Bar is a wellness brand that merges fitness, lifestyle, and social connection. I identified a gap in the fitness market, particularly in the experiential space, where most brands focused solely on performance rather than cultivating a unified lifestyle experience. From concept to execution, I developed Barre Bar to exist at the intersection of wellness, community, and elevated experiences. Because barre remains an emerging category within fitness, the launch required a comprehensive brand buildout to establish a fresh, premium identity—complete with a bold logo, cohesive brand system, modern website, and strategic launch campaign.

taking these elements and converting it into a unified brand brand activation with required using the designed pitched deck templates to develop stregic partnerships, identifiing the user journey and creating the foundation to execute this activation with consistent branding.

EXPERIENTIAL ELEMENTS

EQUIPMENT

Set up is to replicate a barre class set up, taking it out of studio and into 3rd spaces. Guest are provided with a portable barre station with all equipment provided to make the experience elevated yet personalized. We used the set up as an opportunity to weave in partner representation, ex through branded mats.

WELLNESS BAR

curated fresh take on a bar where I leverage strategic partnerships to supply aesthetic yet gut friendly mocktails and nutrient bites. Leverage opportunity for strategic partnerships and sponsorships by new bar additions and seasonal features.

USER JOURNEY

Curated an immersive fitness happy hour where guests first engage in a low-impact, high energy full body workout then are transitioned to the mocktail bar to order from menu of mocktails and bites creating a “happy hour” social environment. Guest are also given swag from sponsors or promotional discounts to boost conversion and foot traffic to our respective partners.

RESULTS

In 90 days I accomplished:

  • 175% increase in email subscribers

  • 50% increase in sponsorship and partnerships

  • 5.9% Avg. sale conversion rate
